Do we process insurance on prescriptions?

Yes as long as we are given that information. We need the insurance information to be able to process the prescription claims. We can always go back and reprocess claims within a 3 month window. Anything beyond that you would have to submit on your own.

What is the pharmacy fee for and does insurance cover it?

The pharmacy fee is for the delivery and packaging of the medication and the medical records that are used to chart the medications. We are also on call 24 hours a day/365 days. Insurance does not cover this fee.

Can I see my Statements online?

No, we send them out monthly, but can always resend them if you need us to.

Can I pay my bill online with you?

The only way you can pay your bill with us on line is through your bank.

You can set up monthly credit card/automatic checking account with us if you would like.
